Important Info:
The Meet will be held in the Pavilion/ Event Area of the Westgate Hotel (through the casino, just pass the restaurants). Athletes need to be in the "staging area" 45 minutes before their event start time (30 minutes before trainings/ session warm ups). If a coach is not in the staging area, they should check in at the tables with event staff and begin to warm up. Award will be given to the top 10 OVERALL athletes in age division/ Level. The leaderboard should help you know if you received an award. Award Ceremony times are listed on the schedule. Elites will be awarded after finals only.
Tentative NVG Flight and Apparel Schedule:
